Digital Products
- Instant Delivery: All digital products are delivered electronically upon successful payment. The files or access links become available immediately through your account/dashboard or order confirmation page. A download link is also emailed to the address you provided at checkout. There is no physical shipping or handling time for digital goods.
- No Shipping Charges: Since digital products are delivered online, there are no shipping fees.
- Email Accuracy & Spam: Please ensure your email address is entered correctly when ordering. If you do not see the download email in your inbox within a few minutes, check your spam/junk folder (Mistyped or incorrect emails will prevent delivery. If you still cannot locate the email or download link within 15–30 minutes, please contact our customer support for assistance.
Physical Products
- Order Processing: Physical items (e.g. printed books, merchandise) will ship only after full payment is received and cleared via our payment processor (Razorpay). We will not ship any order until payment has been successfully completed.
- Processing Time: We typically process physical orders within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed before our daily cut-off time will usually ship on the same or next business day.
- Shipping Options: At checkout, you may choose from available shipping methods (e.g. Standard or Express). For example, standard ground shipping might take about 5–7 business days, while expedited/express shipping could arrive in 2–3 business days. Exact delivery estimates will be provided in your shopping cart or order confirmation. All delivery times are estimates and may vary by destination.
- Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address and selected service. (Any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be shown at checkout.)
- Courier & Tracking: We partner with reputable courier services to deliver your order. Once your package ships, we will send a shipment confirmation email containing the carrier name and tracking number. You can use this tracking information to monitor delivery status.
- Delivery to Address: We deliver to the shipping address you enter at checkout. Please ensure all address details (street, city, zip/postal code, country, etc.) are accurate. We cannot be held responsible for delays or misdelivery caused by an incorrect address. - Worldwide Availability: Digital products can be delivered worldwide, 24/7. The download link in your email should work globally.
- Physical Goods: If a physical shipment is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please notify us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve delivery issues. We make every effort to ensure timely delivery, but please note that delivery estimates are not guarantees; factors like carrier delays or weather can cause unexpected hold-ups.
Orders, Payments, and Processing
- Payment Gateway: We use Razorpay (a secure payment gateway) to process all transactions. When you place an order, your payment is submitted through Razorpay and processed immediately.
- Payment Confirmation: Your order will be confirmed only after Razorpay authorizes and captures your payment. As one seller notes, an order is not placed until payment is successful. In other words, orders are processed only after payment has been completed. If payment fails or is declined, the order will not be accepted, and no delivery will be initiated.
Customer Responsibilities
- Accurate Contact Information: To ensure proper delivery, you must provide accurate contact information. This includes a valid email address for digital goods and a correct shipping address for physical goods. Any mistakes may delay or prevent delivery.
- Monitoring Email: Please monitor your email (including spam/junk folders) after purchase. We do not take responsibility for missed deliveries due to customer-side filtering of our emails.
